Most children are not natural athletes but that should not discourage you, as parents, to stop encouraging them to stay on their toes. Most kids find their physical skills by 6 or 7 years and that should not scare you. In the gadget savvy world, these days, not many children find time to get outdoors and exhaust their energies while keeping their bodies in motion. And therefore, it is all the more important that to keep their body and mind agile they participate in outdoor activities more often than spending time in front of the TV/laptop/game station/mobile phones.
